Terms and Conditions

1. Items are dispatched in 1-4 working days, more time is needed during the peak periods. All the DIY item is small and has many variations, we count, check and pack every single piece when processing your order, some orders take more than half an hour to pack. All this takes time hope you understand. If the product is out of stock/incomplete, we do not resend it, we refund you. Refer to our Refund Policy for more.

2. Slight color and size variation might occur between batches.

3. 14k gold color is lighter while 18k gold is darker. It’s ok to match them as the color difference is not very obvious. 18k gold in PVD coating is darker or ‘dull’ in color. Stainless steel color is not silver color.

4. Chain linkage part, hidden part, and Linkage jumpring might not be plated properly and this is inevitable in the process, it does not affect the aesthetic.

5. We checked every earrings/Huggies before dispatching, make sure they can function, and secure them in thick bubble wrap. However the needle might be bent (especially the silver needle which is soft) in the shipment, you can simply adjust it back. This is not a quality issue.

6. We are a DIY store where we sell parts and components separately, most of the item is not ready to wear/complete unless stated otherwise. You need to get each component (ending clasp, jumpring, pin needle, etc.) and assemble it yourself because it is all about DIY!

7. Jumpring is very common in DIY-ing. It's used to connect the ending clasp to your chain, hang pendant, and all linkage parts. All the items do not come with Jumpring, you need to get them separately.

8. DIY-ing jewelry involved trial and error and individual skill, do get more basic components as a backup.

9. We do not provide assembly/customization services. However, we have partnership with local small jewelry business that offers customization service for a fee. This is our small gesture to support local small businesses. Contact us for more.

10. We do not provide discounts for most of the items because we already set the price low in the first place even if you are getting small volume. Unlike other stores, we do not mark up and give discounts.

11. Minor imperfection/scratches are inevitable due to mfg/shipping process. Do not get it if you have high requirements. We assume you acknowledged the message above before placing order with us, Happy DIY-ing!
